AVP – Mumbai
- Originate deals, support business development efforts in the area of M&A, Private Equity Transactions
- Handle projects from start to finish
- The Role will require travel within the country and overseas
- MBA (from any of the leading Indian or International B Schools) with 7 to 12 years of post qualification experience in front line management consulting or Strategic Advisory firms
- Prior M&A experience a must
- Strong and well rounded business and macro economic understanding
- Experience in industry studies, strategy formulation, business plan development, statistical & financial modeling, valuation, etc.
- Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach
- High level of strategic and creative thinking
- Extremely high level of comfort with spreadsheets, MS word and Power point
